While I've seen a number of editions of the ACC, I have only run across this one directory of Burdick's collection at the Metropolitan Museum. It has the same typeset as the ACC I have and is 26 pages. Not many baseball card illustrations.
It doesn't have a date of publication but would seem to be published in the mid-60s as it notes Burdick's passing in 1963.
