As an aside, I know someone who is a HUGE Stan Musial fan and collector and he supposedly owns the number 19 jersey. I haven't talked to this collector in about 10 years but I do remember him telling me one time that he knew about Musial wearing the number 19 jersey and he went out and found it and bought it.
