I keep an ebay saved search notification for things like Hank Arron, Sandy Kofax, Mickey Mantel, Willy Mayes, etc. Usually it turns up total junk like this (although this was one of the funnier ones I've seen...) but occasionally it's a listing for a decent card that can be had at less than the going rate.
