So, I sort of invented my own project with regards to this set. I really didn't want to track down all the pricy HOFers and I figured that the cards I'd really enjoy tracking down were all the commons, which for some reason in this set more than any other, are all exceptionally challenging as a group. Some of the player/color combos here took a really long time to track down and I feel this sort of project was significantly more difficult than the standard set of 30 or even trying to complete the set all in one color.
This project was a tough, tough go and took a few years to complete. I've also finished the e103 and 1909 Obak sets recently but I think this one was the toughest of the three and maybe the toughest project I've ever completed.
Wanted to thank all the board members that helped me out along the way, but I know I wont remember every one so here's a few - Tim Kindler, Jimi Thayer, Bob Marquette, Rob Adesso, Pete Costanzo, Mike Peich, Tim Newcomb, Mac Wubben...etc.. I apologize for those I'm omitting and everyone's help was truly appreciated

Several of you were also working on e98 projects of your own which made it more fun for me as I always had someone to chat with on the project!
Here's a few scans of some favorites. Including one of my favorite cards overall, a handcut orange Coombs with oversized borders....
