I have a signed cheque by baseball HOFer Max Carey. Cheque is payable to cash and dated July 1, 1964. Carey signed at the bottom and on the back as well. There is a PSA/DNA sticker on the back B05436. Comes with PSA/DNA Letter of Authenticity from when Spence/Grad were doing the authenticity. Cheque itself has some light creasing and a fold down the middle. PM your email if you would like a scan.
