I hear ya' Dave. Coincidentally, concerning exercise, I am going to play a softball doubleheader tonight after being out for 2 weeks with a foot injury, plantar fasciitis. I hope I don't re-injure it. I told my wife this could be my last game of the year it it gets messed up again.
I sure hope not. It's super frustrating being hurt....
