I think they would get AB prices but not, BL prices. Looking at some of the numbers provided on this forum the 42's and the AB are pretty close, and with a margin of error the 42 may be more rare than the AB. Esp from what I have seen thats been for sale as well as the info on this site.
As for the BL, i dont think so at all.
