Keith, above, said he wasn't so sure it was a trophy. I agree. Looks more like a salesmans sample produced by the manufacturer. Having said that, i'm not at all familiar with shuffleboard trophies. A cursory google look only returned one picture that looked like yours and it was yours, so no help there.
