Looks like Mr. Wilson was skinned at some point (back removed) for whatever reason. The paper on the back that you are seeing is probably some of the back that was removed in the first place. There are blank backs in the T206 set, but this card is clearly not one of them. You can see the red fibers, which looks like the "inner" fibers of the card versus the flat cardboard look of an untainted back.
