When you do an eBay search, click on the "Advanced" link to the right of the search input and scroll about 1/3 of the way down the page to where it says "Show items priced from $____ to $____". Set your parameters (use $0.01 for the low end if you're including auctions, or $0.99 if just BIN, since that is the minimum BIN amount). If you're only interested in BIN items, the next set of options down allows you to limit it to BIN or Auctions. Perform the search, then click "Save" to the right of the search window. If you check the option to receive an e-mail when saving the search, you will get an eBay e-mail summarizing matches to your search criteria (if there are any) once a day. The downside being that, with BIN items, if it's a great deal, it might sell before eBay sends out your summary. The upside being, you can customize the search however you want to pare down the matches to what you're really looking for, be it cards, beanie babies, or model trains. And you can always run your Saved Searches throughout the day to catch new items that appear sooner than eBay does.
