don't trust 'em
While on vacation once, I picked up this card, (along with some other Jersey/bat/sig insert cards.) Paid around 100 bucks for it. I thought it was pretty cool as I'll never be able to own a game used Wagner bat or Jersey. When I got home I thought I'd research the card online. The first thing I saw was numerous sites questioning the authenticity of the card due to the gray swatch on the right. Many people were pointing out that clearly this type of material was not in use during Wagner's playing days. My own fault for not paying more attention to what I was buying. I guess I just blindly trusted the company name. I'm not saying the card is not legit, but there seems to be a lot of questions about it's authenticity. I learned my lesson and I now steer clear of these types of cards. (Note: this is not my actual card, but a scan I found online. I believe mine is # 04/10)
