I understand that feeling Leon, I've had that same feeling losing a card in the last couple of seconds on a regular ebay auction that wasn't outed (as far as I knew) anywhere.
The funny thing about this subject is that I bet the same people who are against the outing of an auction (from a buyers standpoint) would have a totally different stance if the topic was about a card that they were selling

I bet we wouldn't hear a peep out of them
