Opinions welcome on what you think these marks are. The two circles looks like two hand-drawn 'eyes' but when I put it under the loop it looks printed on the card like the rest of the piedmont print. Also there are additional marks at the top of the card.

And the dark mark on right and top left look like fingerprints.

I first thought it was handwritten pencil but it really does look like there is some uniformity to the 'eyes' and the circles at the top and may have come from another card of some sort.

As long as we're in analyzing every aspect of the monster, I'd thought I'd ask.
