That's funny about the "suing" comment, which was obviously tongue-in-cheek. But it is not a laughing matter at Topps. I accidentally put Earl Averill Jr.'s photo on Earl Averill's 2001 Topps Tribute card. My boss informed me that we could be sued as we didn't have the rights to Jr's image. Jr. laughed it off, and it is another Topps card with an incorrect image.
If you get sued let me know, I will talk to Jr's brother on your behalf.
