I don't want to hijack the thread, but on the topic of tassels for this pennant, I own the Cleveland version (below) and have owned two other colors in addition to red, and none had tassels. I can't speak for the Brooklyn version of this pennant because that's not an area of expertise, but this style of Indians pennant is pretty tough.
