Default NEW & looking for help with Vintage Home Made Cards

New to this forum – just joined yesterday as I wanted to learn more about the teams and players of the early 20th Century. You see, I just acquired a set of homemade baseball cards, created between 1900 and the late 1930’s. This is a fascinating project for me, and If it’s OK with the folks on the board here, I would like seek your help cataloging the cards as I look for clues to identify the players and teams and attempt to date the cards. Here is a small sample of the ~ 500 card collection:

Other than this unique set, the majority of my baseball card collection are from the “post Ueberroth” era and probably won’t be of interest or value to any serious collector for another century or two. My modern day collection is primarily focused on the Arizona Diamondbacks as I lived in Phoenix the last 15 years (moved there the same week as the expansion team’s inaugural game). I collected all sorts of “stuff” –baseball cards, ticket stubs, programs, All-Star ballots, promotional flyers, in-seat menus, media guides, field dirt – you name it.

But I am venturing out, looking to expand my collection and hoping to learn a few things from the locals experts here.
