Default WTB: 1923 Burstein Isaacs (NM or better) both CAPS & MT
Hi there,

I'm looking to upgrade both of my 1923 Burstein Isaacs sets (All Caps & Mixed Type). I'm interested in either raw or graded examples that appear to be, or are graded NM.
