I can't believe it. You would think they would look at their own population report and that would tell them something. What you just said makes sense, and the way it should be but that is not what they are doing. I just entered the following

This is the first one graded by PSA. The reason, .... obviously there are not many around. It is weighted a 2, the reason given. Weight is based on what a card sells for ... None of this one has sold and in fact many have not even seen one, obviously because there aren't many around. There are others in the registry that are few and far between. I just didn't realize the registry is based on sales price.
