I'm listing this as possibly missing the red ink layer. As seen in other "official" slabbed examples there is a slight pink hue ink layer where the red "B" should be.
Unfortunately I can not guarantee that if regraded with the proper form submission to label as missing ink that PSA or SGC will do so.
