The Yount is kind of iffy. I think it's probably a 6.5 (maybe even a 6) with that touched top right corner and fisheye. I'm not sure it would be worth sending for that grade.
I would definitely send the Clemente. It looks more like a 7.5, possibly an 8. You need to look that Clemente over very well and make sure it hasn't been touched up with a black Sharpee. If it has been touched up, you should see it when you look at the edges (it will have bled through).
