1) Dave Burba/John McDonald $8 - signed when with the Indians at a game. On a clean Rawlings Major League Baseball with Bud Selig's facsimile autograph. I've had this ball for roughly 10 years.
2) Omar Vizquel $20 - on a game used ball - Rawlings Major League Baseball with Bud Selig's facsimile autograph - includes Vizquel's 2002 Fleer Tradition card. I've had this ball for 10 years now.
3) Brandon Phillips/Joel Skinner $20 - On a clean Rawlings Major League Baseball with Bud Selig's facsimile autograph. Skinner's auto is on the reverse. Both signatures are rather faint. Includes Phillips' 2003 Topps Tradition card.
4) C.C. Sabathia $30 - on Rawlings Official League ball made in China
- includes a 2003 Donruss Studio card.
5) Steve Garvey - on a Wilson Official League ball. Comes with a 1985 Donruss Garvey card. - SOLD!
I do not have any certified proof of these. I got all either myself or through a friend who also collected Tribe stuff.
