I guess anything is possible but I have never seen a factory cut blank back.
PSA has stayed consistent on these. In the past they did not holder a t206 blank back Rhoades and SGC holdered the card Authentic. I believe the same will happen with the Otey.
I have a scan of the Rhoades somewhere. I will try and post that later.
