Default Grading crads, sicence or not?

I have posted before on this topic with 2 other examples, the lower of the greaded cards at that time i actually did buy (and it was the better card by far)

But here is another example......

im no grader, but Im thinking the grading companied need to keep a data base of their graded cards, in order to set a referance for them selves. Each individual person (grader) of course has their own ideas but the company needs to hold to a certain standard. And if, when grading, the person can go and look back at a dozen or so SGC 30's for example and compare them to what they are working on they can get an idea of where that card should grade out at.

But If BOB, thinks a card is a SGC 50, and STEVE thinks a similar card is a SGC 30, well that just makes no sence.

I would deff prefer the lower graded card
