While that is a noble attempt I have designed my own personal valuation methodology which I prefer and has stood the test of time: trimmed card value = untrimmed card value * zero.

Ah and there's the un-scientific PIECE..at some point it's no longer is a card, it becomes a PIECE of a card. and all value vanishes. I never said it was a perfect formula
but it has kept me out of trouble everytime except one..
