Card appears to be OK (with the caveat that you can't tell without looking at it in person). However, my understanding is that in a case of a 19th century card where the name and the photo are in disagreement, the photo determines the identity of the card. In this case that would imply that this is not an Anson card. This rule is used extensively in the Old Judge set, where misidentifications of players on cards is not that uncommon.
