It's not an issue at all. Ammendment 64 will still allow an employer the right to restrict the use of marijuana by employees and refuse employment to those that use it. It's kind of like this. Devil's advocate here....so an employer can say "if you drink beer on the weekend, at your own house and responsibly, I won't hire you"? Sounds smart to me.
