This is one of the gems of my Harmon Killebrew collection and I am very, very hesitant to sell it but I have a chance to get a very special piece. This is a hand painted Topps Flexichrome of a never produced card of Harmon Killebrew & Rocky Colavito, home run leaders of 1959 made for the 1960 Topps set. For the full story, read Bob Lemke's blog, as that is who I got it from:

The piece looks incredible, with very bold colors and depth, moreso than the scan shows. The middle photo where I used a flash shows some of the depth and pop of the piece. It comes with the cardboard backing as shown, but it is no longer glued to the back. I guess Topps glue doesn't hold for 50 years. There is no damage or issues and it is larger than a card, closer to the size of an index card.
This is (obviously) a one-of-a-kind piece and since Killebrew's death, would likely bring a nice sum at auction if you chose to resell it. However, I'd hope this would find a home with a collector who would appreciate its beauty and rarity. I will include the custom card that Bob made from this image as well.
