If I were looking for one I would be looking to buy from a reputable seller at a good price more than I would be looking for a graded one. It will have been cut from a box so is the technical grade really that important? Buying from a reputable seller, that guarantees authenticity, is all you really need, imo. Depending on your budget you might try to find a full box, which is rather cool. As for the arrows version vs non-arrows version, I don't think the price or desirability is affected that much.
