Sorry to disagree, but Irene was not overrated at all. She caused billions of $$ in damage. In Orange County and further North we experienced devastating floods that people are still recovering from. My firehouse flooded and I was one of the main people responsible to work with the insurance company and contractors on the rebuild. 13 months later and here we go again.
