Don, Thanks for the well-wishes
I fully realize that it would be a herculean task to research and assemble the information, which is why I've only done piecemeal research depending on what I was working on at the time. If anyone else has already done something similar that I could refer to, collaborate with or build off of though, I don't see any point in duplicating research work, especially on such a huge project.
