Many years ago this person must have been a serious World Series Tracker!!!
This is a very old hand bound and hand typed soft backed book with statistics from 1921 through 1937 World Series. All teams who played. Looks like it is hand sewn/bound with brown thread or string.
Not sure if this would have been used for personal use or by a broadcaster, newspaper writer, who knows????
Interestingly...there are different colored ribbon type used from a manual typewriter over the years.
Some of the pages are typed on the reverse side of paper that reads:
Valve & Fitting Workers' Union, Incorporated 1937 Stowe, Pennsylvania.
Since some are typed on this paper for years before 1937, assume the person typed to catch up on past world series.
Very unique collectible! Interesting read for any baseball fan!
