Default Let's talk about Holsum Bread

Hi,
I have been interested in Louisiana issues and I have a question about the year of issue of the Holsum Bread set.

1. The Standard Catalog lists the set as a 1920 set that is based on the 1921 E121 American Caramel set and the 1921 W575 set. The Standard Catalog does not show a "D" # for the Holsum set.

2. The PSA Pop report shows the set as 1921. It does not list a "D" # on the pop report, but it does say D327 on the flips of their graded cards.

3. The PSA Pop report also shows 1 card under "1921 D328 Weil Baking Co, Holsum Bread variation.

4. SGC lists the set under 1921 Holsum Bread without a D designation.

5. The SGC Pop report also shows 1 card that is graded under 1920 Holsum Bread.

So, my questions are:

Is this a 1920 set or 1921?

Is this a D328, D327, or something different?

Why do both SGC and PSA have two separate catagories for this set? My guess is that the answer to this question is that these cards are fairly obscure and the graders didn't know what they were grading.

Any input will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rick
