Maybe SGC takes good care of their customers in Maryland since that's where they are and PSA does the same in California. I sent in an order to PSA (using the submission certificate for joining) and received the order back in just over a week. This was back in August when everyone was saying how backed up their orders had gotten. I'm not sure why, but mine was very fast. Like I said, must be because I'm in California.
