O.K., So I was about to chime in that a friend showed me that photo a month or two ago and I said it looked like cricket too from the shin guards....Then as I was typing my post I recalled a similiar photo that was on eBay in October 2009...So I found the photo and darn if it's not the same statue....and it is basebal after alll!!!
