Also, if it were to grade a "5", I believe a PSA graded card with a qualifier knocks it down 2 grades of value. So basically, it would have close to the value of a "3". If it were to grade just a straight out "2", it would only have the value of a "2". When people see higher numbers, they almost always automatically think it's worth more, regardless of the qualifier, therefore spending more money on the card.
