Two ladies did that and thought they could get away with it while being sued over it. The case went to my favorite judge, Judge Judy. The 2 scammers actually went on the show and said they sold a
picture of a smartphone for +/- $200 in their ebay auction (and not the phone itself). Judge Judy called them thieves, scammers, idiots and every other name in the book and ruled against them. It was quite a funny show...
