It only appears to be an indentation, not a "puncture". While there is some slight cracking over the "mole" on the front, it does not look like it goes through the card. In other words, the card has a "mole" w/ some slight cracking on it. I hope this helps. I have an image of the front of the card before it was encapsulated (sorry, no back scan). I think it helps show that the "mole" is just that, a "mole". I wouldn't call it a "wart".
