Sorry to hear the Bears are leaving... Although I must admit that when the rumour was that they would be playing at Clark College in Vancouver I was pretty excited...its just down the street from my office

Now that they are moving to Hillsboro, Oregon it may be once a summer that I get there...I'd rather drive to Seattle than across Portland's westside
I did go to downtown Portland quite often to watch the Beavers (padres AAA) before they left town 2 seasons ago. I was at their last game, w/ bittersweet ovations sending them off.
The greater Portland Area was the largest metropolitan area in the US without a pro baseball team...so this is a step in the right direction!
Maybe someday MLB, but I kinda doubt it.
