His signature changed alot, coupled with the fact that he used at least two known proxies to sign for him, The early ones are the ones you mention where they are almost printed, but are very neat. later he started to sign with more flair but still neat (see image attached In-person early 1960's) , your example is consistent with the known examples I've seen from the mid sixties on.
