More than half the set is considered short...

More than half the set is considered short prints. As far as Tigers go, I believe Denny McLain is a short print. No others come to mind, though there may be some.

Here are a couple more Seavers -- 1982 Rawlings and 1985 Chicago Renaissance Society. The Rawlings is an actual card with stats on back, not the more commonly seen clothing hang tag.
