I have owned a few Chicago type's(T213-2's). I have never seen the Washington variation till now. The price(just a guide) guide reflects it's rarity in it's price as well. I am sorry I have no further insite than that. It has derived a ton of interest though. I am open for offers, as I still own the card. I sent to SGC for 5 day servce to egt slabbed at 10 or 20. But I still have the scan's.<br /><br />COME-ON PEOPLE MAKE ME A OFFER!! KIDS NEED SHOE'S FOR CHRISTMAS.
