He has had several bouts with poor health and is fighting one of them right now. Posted By: <b>Mark</b><p>Much like Teddy Z, I met Max at the early Willow Grove shows. Although I haven't seen him in years, I think of him regularly. Max wrote one of the best articles on hobby show &quot;characters&quot; which was published in Baseball Hobby News in 1990. I still get a chuckle out of how true that article was when I attended my first show (around '74), and how true it still remains to this day. Some things NEVER change. Get well Max, the hobby needs more people like you <img src="/images/happy.gif" height="14" width="14" alt="happy.gif">
