Posted By: <b>frank</b><p>ulster county sheriff's/new york / charged LAWRENCE D ROSSELLI with four counts of grand larceny and one count of scheming to defraud , all felonies, and three counts of petty larceny , a misdemeanor , he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance, pending further action , this was done by ROSSELLI for failure to deliver baseball and football cards through his web site after taking orders and accepting payment from six out of state residents , thank you , frank
