Posted By: <b>Frank Wakefield</b><p>I think Marty and Jay have it stated correctly...<br><br>In 2008 the cd didn't come with the catalog, but could be obtained separately.<br><br>In 2009 a cd came with the catalog. My cd wouldn't load, I mailed it in and they gladly and quickly replaced it with one that does work. Technology is amazing...<br><br>FW
