Graded Review Question
 

Posted By: <b>Kyle</b><p>Quick question for those of you who have submitted graded cards for review, hoping for a bump up.<br><br>If PSA or SGC determines the card to be overgraded, do they bump it down?<br>If PSA or SGC determines the card to be altered, and never should have recevied a numerical grade, do they remove it from the holder or bump it down?<br><br>I'm confident in the authenticity of the card I have, but worrisome over the mood of the grader for any given day.<br><br>Thanks,<br>-Kyle<br><br>
