Posted By: <b>Al Simeone</b><p>The set was put out by TCMA in 1974 It was done for the 1952 Brooklyn Dodgers The set has 40 cards in it. A complete set lists for 25 dollars in nrmt. All cards range from 2-4 dollars each. Can be found in the 2008 Standard Catalog on page 390. Hope that helps you. Al

They wanted to print their own cards of ballplayers of years past, they formed The Card Memorabilia Associates, Ltd., I think. <br><br>What I've heard is that they would go to card shows every weekend, they loved cards. Upon returning from a weekend card trip, one of them came home not to his wife, but to a home his wife had left... and she'd taken scissors to each of his prized old cards, cutting each one neatly in half. The end of a marriage, and of a good card collection. Anyone else ever hear any of this??
