E121 1922 American Caramel Steal and Question

Is this the same Stuffy McInnis?<br><br>i won the card for $1.04 because it was a very fuzzy scan, and the auction was in the wrong place. <br><br>when i got it, i thought i might have been had because it looked to white from the other A/C cards i have seen.. but i sent it off to SGC, and it got a grade of 50 (vg/ex 4). what would be the value of this card?<br><br>Thanks
