I usually follow that approach but in this case I want to praise Goodwin &amp; Co. on the most recent auction. I had questions on several items at the start of the auction and they were answered personally by Bill Goodwin in a phone call to me. After sucessfully bidding on some cards they arrived yesterday securely packed and exactly as described. It was one of my most pleasant experiences in buying cards at auction. Thank you Goodwin &amp; Co. for your professionally run auction. I am very pleased.
