N172s from ebayer tcfolks
Posted By: Matt
Just a heads up to fellow ebayers - in describing to me the N172s that this seller has listed, she said they looked like they had been cut out of a piece of paper and some of them were coming off the back paper. She was also very clear that under no circumstance would she allow a return.

Posted By: G. Maines
I was under the impression that ebay sellers were required to stand behind the authenticity of their items:

"Sellers may not disclaim knowledge of, or responsibility for, the authenticity or legality of the items offered in their listings.Sellers should take steps to ensure that their items are authentic before listing them on eBay. If a seller cannot verify the authenticity of an item, the seller is not permitted to list it".
