Posted By: fkw
Many. Id say 1/4 are handcut, some with a blank back some with bio back.

But they shouldnt be in the original envelop as far I know, they were handcut badly from a sheet.

Posted By: Darren
Leon,

Simply, no. I've come across about one hundred specimens where I was able to check the reverse (online and in person) and have yet to come across another with the 1927 copyright--I've been paying attention for about 3 years now.
